  • Why has EAGE decided to move the First EAGE DIgitalization Conference online?

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect travel and major gatherings, we recognize that staying connected is more important than ever for members, exhibitors, sponsors and attendees. The decision to move forward with a virtual Conference offers a safe and innovative solution to access our outstanding programming and networking opportunities. We are excited to welcome you to the First EAGE Digitalization Conference in a virtual setting!

  • What are the benefits of the EAGE Digitalization Virtual Conference?

Attend various interactive presentations with breakout sessions and group discussions among your peers while accessing a broader audience and valuable business connections with industry leaders. 

  • What do I need to participate in the First EAGE Digitalization Conference?

To participate, you will need a high speed internet connection, speaker, microphone and webcam. To ensure the best experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer. Instructions will be shared on how to access the virtual platform as well as a guide on best practices for all the participants.

  • How can I register for the First EAGE Digitalization Online Conference?

You can register for the conference by visiting our Registration page and clicking the link to the registration portal. 

  • What is included in the registration for the First EAGE Digitalization Online Conference?

The First EAGE Digitalization Online Conference will give you access to:

Technical Programme Proceedings
Pre-recorded presentations before and after the event
Contact sponsors
Networking opportunities with other delegates
  • I can't attend all sessions, is my colleague allowed to use my login credentials?

No, login credentials are personal and can only be used by the owner of the account. 

  • I registered for the physical event. Will I get a reimbursement? 

The difference between the physical and virtual registration fee will be automatically reimbursed after the event.

Exhibitor FAQs

  • What will happen to my booth vouchers if I have already registered?

Your booth vouchers (registrations that are included in your exhibition space) will remain valid for DIGI2021.

  • What are the refund options for companies that do not wish to attend DIGI2021? 

In case you wish to cancel your contract for your booth, please reach out to exhibition@eage.org. The terms and conditions on the signed contract will apply. 

  • What will happen with the First EAGE Digitalization Conference & Exhibition?

The  First EAGE Digitalization Conference & Exhibition is moved fully online. It will feature the full Technical Programme together with a variety of social online elements and opportunities for exhibitors.

Sponsor FAQs

  • I am a sponsor. What changes can I expect?

As a Sponsor, you can decide whether to transfer your full sponsorship to DIGI2021 or to divide the amount between DIGI2020 and DIGI2021. Our Corporate Relations Team will reach out to you in the upcoming days to identify the solution that suits you best. Depending on the sponsorship agreement, some of the following benefits will be included: recognition on the EAGE DIGI2020 website and in promotional materials, dedicated sections for sponsors in the virtual platform and much more.

  • I am a speaker. How will a virtual Conference affect me?

The virtual Conference provides an opportunity for speakers to present from anywhere around the world. Our team will support speakers, session chairs and attendees by organizing test sessions and providing tailored instructions to all the participants prior to the Conference as well as offering live support during DIGI2020.
